Siamo al Sydney House Chelsea ricavato in un'elegante townhouse di epoca Giorgiana.Solo 21 camere, volutamente in tinte chiare per ottenere una maggiore luminosità. Certo, non sono di grandi dimensioni, ma avendo scelto un gusto minimalista e non rindondante come è facile trovare in molti alberghi londinesi, non è un dettaglio che si nota più di tanto. L'esclusiva camera Room at the Top, situata all'ultimo piano dell'edificio, dispone di un giardino pensile privato e gode di una splendida vista su 
Chelsea e South Kensington.

Molto amato da una clientela giovane non è difficile trovare anche uomini di affari che alle volte preferiscono un'ottima location più che il grande albergo magari situato in zone meno divertenti e vibranti e non così ricche di offerte come il Bibendum Restaurant famoso per le sue ottime ostriche e situato nello stesso edificio del Conran Shop.
