La Residenza d'Arte è una residenza d’epoca situata nel comune di Torrita di Siena a pochi km. da Siena, Pienza, Montepulciano e Cortona. E' un antico borgo in pietra del XIV secolo che sorge maestoso su una splendida collina interamente circondata da cipressi e ulivi secolari, che fanno da cornice ad uno stupendo panorama sul centro storico di Torrita di Siena e la campagna circostante. Appena varcato il cancello di questa dimora storica si inizia un percorso artistico e poetico di perfetta fusione tra armonia della natura e armonia dell'arte contemporanea, sapientemente coniugate così da rendere la Residenza d'Arte una dimora di charme unica nel suo genere. La reception è collocata in un grande salone accogliente dove vecchie travi e mura in pietra vibrano in una danza cromatica emozionale insieme ad innumerevoli opere pittoriche, scultoree e di design artistico. Le forme e i colori avvolgono magicamente l'intero borgo in tutti gli ambienti interni ed esterni.

Tutte le romantiche e accoglienti camere e suites sono diverse tra loro, impreziosite da forme, figure, tinte e colori caldi, rifinite in ogni minimo dettaglio con il chiaro intento di stupire e rapire le emozioni dei clienti. Ci si ritroverà quindi a vivere il soggiorno in un luogo inusuale e lussuoso, che offre agli ospiti un'atmosfera ricca di emozioni, conciliando il piacere dello spirito con il riposo del corpo e della mente. Il progetto di creare un gallery/hotel unico al mondo come la Residenza d’Arte nasce da un’idea e dalle passioni di Anna Izzo, scultrice, pittrice, ed interior designer conosciuta e quotata a livello internazione, la quale ha voluto offrire un’alternativa ai soliti hotel e relais senza personalità, realizzando in un luogo così antico e denso di storia un vero e proprio hotel/showroom che potesse emozionare e coinvolgere fortemente i suoi ospiti grazie all’originalità ed energia delle sue opere d’arte.
The Residenza d'Arte is a charming abode situated in the town of Torrita di Siena, a 14th century village in stone a few kilometres from Siena, Pienza, Montepulciano, and Cortona. It rises majestically on a splendid hill surrounded by cypresses and age-old olive trees, which act as picture frames for the stupendous panorama. As soon as you cross the gate of this historic dwelling, you embark on an artistic and poetic experience that is a perfect fusion between the harmony of nature and the harmony of contemporary art, intelligently combined so as to make the Residenza d'Arte a unique place to stay.

The reception desk is in a large and pleasant hall where old beams and stone walls vibrate in a moving dance together with numerous paintings, sculptures, and design artworks. The shapes and the colours magically embrace the entire village within the interior atmospheres, the rooms, and the surrounding park. This makes the Residenza d’Arte an unusual and luxurious place to stay, offering a rich atmosphere of emotions and combining the pleasure of the spirit with the rest of mind and body.

The project to create an unique Gallery Hotel in the world as the Residenza d'Arte is born from an idea of the artist Anna Izzo, sculptress, painter and interior designer known all over the world. She has wanted to offer an alternative to the usual hotel without personality, creating in a place so ancient and rich of history a real hotel with the intention to strongly involve the guests through the originality and energy of her creations.
