Luogo ideale per un drink è il Bar Barbou & Courtyard che durante i mesi estivi apre le sue finestre sul cortile dell'hotel dove è possibile prendere un aperitivo alla sola luce delle candele e delle stelle.

Tra le varie opportunità che offre l'hotel tra cui noleggiare una bicicletta per poter visitare la città alla stessa maniera dei suoi abitanti, è possibile fare un interessante quanto romantico giro tra alcuni dei 165 canali a bordo di un'elegante barca scoprendo così Amsterdam da un diverso punto di osservazione.
